How does it work?

STEP 1: Once you select a package you will be rerouted to a new window to complete the HealthBEX Questionnaire.

STEP 2: When you submit your questionnaire you will be rerouted again to make your purchase through PayPal. Your completed questionnaire will be sent to us for analysis and program preparation.

STEP 3: We will contact you within 5-7 days (depending on time of purchase) with your meal plan and/or exercise program, subscription registration instructions for the mobile application and/or Vimeo subscription, and contact information for telehealth or Skype consultations.

STEP 4: You complete all program requirements and guidelines for the initial month and we will continue to alter your program as you see progress. Keep us up-to-date with information such as body weight and exercise experience so we can be sure to provide you with the most fitting and effective programs.

How do I register for and download the HealthBEX mobile app?

Follow the steps outlined in the “Welcome to the HealthBEX team” e-mail to set up your online account and access the smartphone app by downloading it to your smart device and using your login information provided in that same email.

How do I access my grocery list once in the HealthBEX mobile app?

In the HealthBEX Health & Fitness app, tap Your Meal and a 7-day list along with a shopping cart will come up. Press the shopping cart icon and select the day  you are shopping for. Press done and a grocery list will appear.
